Nimi's salad it's not a made out salad,actually it's called boeuf salad....

Nimi's granny was Transylvanian - so I guess she brought the idea with her. :) However the boeuf salad comes with meat, and often parsnip too. :) It's a salad that has millions of interpretations all across the world, and each one can create his / her own version - that is what we wanted to channel. Hugs.

Kristof Steiner - I heard that Nimi’s granny is originated from Transylvania :) And you have right that in Transylvania the “ bouef salad” it’s coming with meat, but strictly with chicken meat.
