Ask your local grocery store manager if he would order you a case of salt free fire roasted tomatoes. If a specific brand is sold by the grocery store, the distributor can easily add your chosen variety of the product by the case rather than the pallet required amount.

Just read the back of my organic sprouted oats-200 calories per half cup! So figure that's one cup cooked and I would need 3 cups so that's 500 calories before adding fruit. Not sure what this is per pound but is it low calorie density?

Chef AJ-I'm a newbie and have watched lots of your shows. Oatmeal seems to be about 307 calories per cup of raw oats, which would make about 2 cups of cooked oats. I would need about 3 cups to make a meal so that is about 450 calories before adding the fruit to feel full. Is oatmeal really left of the red line?

Yes! Always best to opt for steel cut or oat groats vs rolled

My sister had Insta pot. Tried it once with meat and didn’t like how it turned out so got rid of it. I wish I knew I would love to have an extra.

Definitely have green onions and cilantro! The other thing that I don't like about this no s o s thing. Is nobody carmelizes anything in the recipes i've seen here so far. It changes the taste so much to have actual browning. So putting the onions and the peppers under the broil before cooking so that some actual Browning takes place. It changes the taste of things so much. That's a level of taste that I would miss way too much. I don't eat sugar and I don't use a lot of salt or oil. But i'm not completely s o s free. I like my browning!

You can caramelize onions in a pan using water you don’t have to go through a lot of procedures in an oven💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼

16 ounces of oatmeal, uncooked, or one pound is 1,765 calories. Figure you cook it with water and cut the product in half and then you have 882.5 calories per pound of cooked oatmeal. Oatmeal seems to be to the right of the red line. Am I missing something?
