I have fooled many with my delicious Vegan Stuffed Shells. Jumbo pasta shells are stuffed with smooth and creamy hummus, tofu, vegan parmesan cheese, and mozzarella cheese. Not to mention they are perfectly seasoned with fresh herbs and baked to absolute perfection. This is the perfect recipe for any occasion. #plantbased #vegan #stuffedshells
Ingredients:
Large pasta shells
Extra firm tofu
Marinara sauce
Hummus
Garlic powder
Onion powder
Salt
Pepper
Fresh parsley
Vegan Mozzarella cheese
Vegan Parmesan cheese
Nutritional yeast

I just following you. Been a vegetarian for ever, became a vegan 3 yrs ago. Did not know the cruelty of the dairy industry. You became a vegan 30 yrs ago. I bow to you. What a wonderful lady you are 💜

Just to let you know, I did make a vegan lasagna with your tofu filling for xmas eve and it was THE BOMB!!! I will never go back to my old version of tofu ricotta. Thank you so much and Merry Christmas/Happy Holidays!!!

Thank you so much for this recipe, now I got to say the tofu I said I will never eat buy that again, I tried someone else recipe and I had to have messed that up because it was horrible taste like card board. But I will be getting my ingredients tomorrow, Wednesday, I'm transitioning to plant based and vegan I love it. I have seen a big improvement in my health, to God be the glory!!! I will try some of your other recipes.

That background out that windows is to die for!!!! I can eat and sip on some wine and just gaze out that window!!! As for the filling (this and the walnut and mushroom) how is it stored with leftover?

Hey 👋🏽 This is a wonderful suggestion. I would love to do one however I don’t think it would be very interesting or entertaining for the KZbin audience. In order to reap the amazing health benefits from fasting I do intermittent fasting with time restricted eating daily. I consume 2 meals a day. One usually around 12:00 noon to break my fast. That meal usually consists of fruit, a smoothie, or porridge like oatmeal etc. My second meal has to be incredibly delicious and nutritious and that’s usually around 6:00.pm. The recipes I create on KZbin are pretty much what I eat for dinner. However because I get this question a lot I post on my Instagram stories daily what I’m eating in a day. I hope you can check it out 😃 Thanks for the support and happy New year 🎊

Thank you for this great meal idea. I'm not a vegetarian/vegan but on a journey to change my lifestyle to plant based. Ma'am... I thought that tofu was uncooked, so thanks for that bit of education.

It would be too soft like pudding texture…soft tofu is more for desserts, smoothies etc
