The featured contenders felt honest in their assessments. As stated in the video, all vegans will not necessarily like all alternatives. Therefore, given one contender stated her general lack of enjoyment of tofu, it did feel she was honestly generous with her rating. And the contender who has more experience in creating a more realistic layered texture gave honest feedback based upon his experience. Generally, I enjoy videos where the people presenting don’t unnecessarily game the system to try and assure a win. This is one of those videos. Although after reading some of the comments regarding the winner having a family restaurant featuring vegan cuisine, it does kind of feel like the winner had the advantage (NOT an unfair one) over the others from the get go. He definitely deserved his win. Congratulations to all of the participants for showing alternatives to the wider audience. ☺️👍

Honestly everyone in this video was confident but relatively fair. I don’t have a lot of complaints, chefs are competitive but Amy never gave a lower score than a 5, we’ve had people on these shows give like a -1 or a 0 on purpose. Kinda want to try these chefs’ food.

Jordan's one looked similar to Soya chaap. It's used in Indian Street food called "Soya Chaap". The shape (how it is sold) and texture of it is quiet similar to 🐔 also, one can play with spices as well.

as a vegan of almost 10 years, my cooking and taste has evolved over the years. I think that really shows the difference between Amy's and Jordan's cooking skills and more importantly their reviews. When you're a couple years into your vegan game its still easy to be picky on meat subs without realizing it. it took me 5 years to finally enjoy tofu.

I’m avowed carnivore but I love me some vegan dishes. I’ve been slowly incorporating them into my diet. I always feel lighter & less guilty when eating them lol. I’d love it to see non-vegans try vegan dishes.
