How wonderful was Vida? I enjoyed my breakfast there better than any other meal I had the whole trip! Great atmosphere.. I sat at the bar and had the best service and tbh… the best Bloody Mary I’ve ever had 😳 and that’s saying a lot lol. I tier matched as well, to get the dining credit and had to spend my whole credit on that visit, so the bartender gave me extra drinks to go so I’d use all my credit $. Just top notch service all around. Also, hit about 200$ when I was leaving, which for me is an ahhhmazing feat lol And I agree on the mimosas there, crisp and delicious :) So clean and great music, just a great vibe

We really enjoyed Vida! Next time we’ll have to sit at the bar too and experience it from a new perspective. We decided to save our F&B credit for an upcoming trip to use at Don’s Prime. Definitely excited for that!

Looked like a fun day up and down the strip. LOVE FOUNTAIN BLAH LOL. Our new favorite place. We have had bad luck with our rooms both times at Aria so I would stay at the Dirty Castle but would gamble quite a bit at Aria still. lol.

Lol! Yes, we’re excited to try Miami Slice and Don’s Prime. We had a blast there too and could see us staying there in the future. North end is growing on us! It’s been a while since we stayed at Aria and even longer since we stayed at Excalibur. We’ve heard and seen a lot of hit and miss with rooms at Aria so hopefully they address that soon. Location is the biggest pro with Aria for us and the new walkway to Vdara, Cosmo, Bellagio would keep us there.

Aria is a 5 star hotel, Excalibur is a motel 6 in a castle. You can't compare them unless you are trying to save money to have more to spend on the trip, you don't involve Excalibur in a conversation with Aria.

❤️ Thank you! So it’s been a while since we’ve had a dedicated host, but worked with one at the Cosmo for a while. When you guys are checking out from your trip ask to speak to a host at one of the players club desks. They’ll direct you where to go. We’ve had success at Venetian, Cosmo and MGM. Just like you guys we get comps too, but in addition to that they may be able to reduce room charges (maybe) based on your play. Doesn’t hurt to ask! I do think you probably have to spend quite a bit for one to reach out to you directly. We’re definitely not at that level! Lol!

Dessert for Breakfast...you are my kind of people. Your French is Beautiful...or is that Italian...or maybe Spanish? We are staying at Fontainebleau in June and can't wait. Vida looked very good. but I'll pass on that Kale smoothie LOL. The Mummy game looks fun, I've seen it in various vlogs recently. The again every game looks fun when you win! I agree with you on the Resorts World casino. I love the layout, very easy to Navigate. I never Wynn at Wynn. The Piano Lobby Bar at Bellagio has some great drinks (and great restrooms apparently). Block 16 in my opinion is still the nest food court. All the spots are great. I Always get the Dirty Fries at Lardo if I'm there, but my go to is the Bang Bar rice bowls. I may have to try that burger sometime. It's been years since we ate at Julian Serrano at Aria, but I remember that we loved the Rabbit Paella. And Sangria is always a good choice. Nice way to walk off the Paella is to take the stroll down Vegas's most boring hallway at ThePark. Nice room and view at NYNY. Beautiful display as always at Bellagio! Great vlog guys!

Awesome as always Dave and Sonia 🤩 To answer your question: ARIA wins me over Excalibur; that being said, Excalibur has treated us right. ARIA ( to me ) is like a little piece of heaven. Gotta tell you a story about the Northend ( walking from Circus back to Resorts World , where we were staying) we decided to grab a burger at that McDonald’s along the way , and, OMG 😱 That’s the most scary McDonald’s we have ever visited 😂 Metro Police were there arresting someone cuz the woman was flashing a gun on the street earlier; to make it even more interesting, drugged homeless were sleeping along the back tables while another one asking us for change 😂 My God, we couldn’t get out fast enough 😬 . Whew ! I always enjoy our time at Bellagio , such a magnificent resort to stay . Love that new walkthru to Vdara now - certainly a plus ! I enjoy NYNY casino floor but I just don’t get their room vibe ( it’s just me I’m guessing) Thank you for sharing Y’all ! ( hope I said that right ) Cheers Chef Bari

I’m yet to stay at Excalibur, but I’d probably pick Aria more for the location. TBH last time I stayed there the bed was so uncomfortable, I hardly got any sleep for the 3 nights.

@@DaverrasonTravels although I will add a caveat. I have only stayed at Aria one time, back when they first opened, and never went back. They did not have the tabletop sets working properly yet. I was in the middle of a shower and all the lights went out. That was not fun. Drapes would open/close at odd times on their own. Chatted up my cab driver on the way to the airport and he told me all kinds of crazy stories similar to mine from other fares he had who stayed at Aria. I am sure they got everything figured out eventually, but I never did stay there again!

Hi D&S - Love the lounging in the room - we do that ourselves. Talking to a host is very smart - we always deal with a host whenever possible. Happy you enjoyed Vida, it was decent when we ate there, service was a bit slow, food was okay, the smoothies were very good! Great Mo Mummy. Back in the day, with the coin slots, you could get felt gloves to keep your fingers clean PLUS there were wet napkins at the cashier to clean your hands. That was a decent bonus on H&MP at R/W, you had some good bonuses to keep you going. 🤩Excellent burger at Lardo - good thing you split it so you didn't fill up before dinner. 🍔 Fab bonus on Heart Throb! 💰 We haven't eaten at Julian Serano - that paella was huge!
