Are they allowed though? Seems like they just keep doing it regardless if they're licensed. I personally think it should incur a lengthy jail sentence. I don't see the difference between driving drunk and waving a gun around. Both are irresponsible and only a matter of time before someone gets hurt or worse.

I don't know. That actually depends on the state, in Michigan two within seven years or three within ten years gets a person a revocation and it is almost impossible to get your license back -- EVER. In California there are people with four DUIs that were able to get their licenses back.

Even after multiple DUI convictions, license revokation is rarely permanent, most DUI repeat offenders get their driver's licenses reinstated after a few years at most. Not to mention many continue to drive under the radar during the periods when their driver's licenses are revoked.

Judge Webster in Kansas actually suggested someone watch the video of their prior appearance before her on KZbin because he was so high on something that he could not function in her courtroom. Most judges don't even like people recording them but evidently she doesn't care about that.

This is Sergeant Dylan Orndorff from the Las Vegas Police Department just putted female suspects in cell 6 one suspect with dui and battery on police escaped from the jail we’re gonna have to put the suspect back in that cell with Battery on police officer and Dui still on her 16 year jail sentence she was sentenced to 25 years
