Great question! I have no idea. But I can tell you a lot of them are over priced in my opinion. Some are not and are good deals with comps that support the value. 👍

Is there a particular name for that architectural style? I've seen new flat-roof homes called "Ultra-Modern Contemporary" in my area, but the windows on the houses you show are totally different. I really them, looks great with the desert / mountain backdrop

I just call them modern. But I agree they do bring a lot of unique things to the design of the outside and the inside. I love how some of the outside slants and cut ins give so much depth! I’m taking these ideas and going to work them into future projects 👍

Man the only issue is the surrounding geography being so ugly and barren. Price is the same as my 80s 2k sqft home in Silver Lake.

It’s a new development they have to start with dirt. Haha eventually it’s all going to be manicured.
