Thanks for another great video (trying to catch up after the monster 4 hour video). When I was a dealer, you pretty much had to deal all of the games because they had a "rubberband" system of assigning tables with the exception of craps. When you came back from break, you were assigned to a table based on the which dealer needed the next break so you really didn't know what game you were going to deal depending on what games were in your pit.

We understand that. Some of the dealers we get don’t know the game or payout. We just want less errors for many reasons including 90% of them go against us. We spend enough money as it is 🍀

Kirk played for OSU (1989)which is just up the road from me. Good QB in college football. Totally sad about his dog 🐕 🐾. I know someday I’ll live the same of letting go of my best friend. It’s just me and him and I’m 62 and he’s 9.✌️

FYI you aren't that great at counting outs/hands that beat you. Yes first you count all the cards on the board, but if your partner has cards that connect with the board you subtract those. Then when you get to high cards if you have Q high, yes the A and K beat you but so do some of the Q's depending on your kicker. Lastly it's not like playing regular poker where if you think you have 15 outs going to the river your % of winning is about 31%... that doesn't apply here because the dealer doesn't have 1 card(like when the river card is coming), they have 2 cards, so 2 opportunities to beat you. So 15 cards to beat you is actually much closer to 50/50 then you thinking you have 70%. Hope this helps!

Normally you can’t see the cards next to you (this way we count as if a viewer would) and if they have 1 or 2 cards it really doesn’t change our decision because if the outs are 23 we won’t play 21 and if it’s 19 we are already playing. The way we count our outs is to make a quick and easy decision. We try to move the sessions along and not take a long time trying to count cards. This is for entertainment. We appreciate your view and help with trying to make things better for us. Have a wonderful day!
