If no pairs are on the board the outs start at 15 unless there are 4 to a flush or straight. Then you count all the cards that are higher than your high card in the deck. If the outs are 19 or less I play. By time. We normally play around 18-20 minutes and do a last hand. If we win we keep going and if we lose it’s done. 🍀🍀
