I worked at Texas Roadhouse. Their meat is basically as low grade as you can buy, and you are NEVER actually getting a steak cut fresh. And we were the third ranked store in the entire nation so you’re not getting better steak from a different roadhouse. On top of that the tomahawk isn’t even on the menu.

You forgot the $6 extra charge for chimichuri because should a $260 steak come with any sauce I would go there for the ambience and get the Mac n Cheese for $20, the bread for $5, the sundae for $18 and a soft drink or lemonade for $6 and count myself lucky I got away for $49 (+tax!). Personally, I think high end steakhouses like this are a BIG scam, if your looking at it from a steak house point of view You go to a steak house to have steak, but then they have more side dishes then steak choices, some places like this only have 4 options of steak while they have almost 4X if not more of the random HIGH end choices like that drink with the name in it for example or you get a dish and they have a whole show with it that does nothing for the flavor A steak house should be based around there steak product not side things to shoot up prices

$6.19 an ounce for Bone in steak... naaaah.. i spent $225 ?? at Ruths Chris in Harrahs ( yes, been a few years ), at Christmas.. 2 people, 2 steaks, several sides, 2 desserts,, several very good Christmas Mojitos... meal was spectacular.. and half... i dont think those kids ate $200 worth of food to justify the other end of that bill.. $20 EA for mac n cheese... holy shit.. the only thing i see reasonable on there, is actually the Lemonade.. $6 is cheap anywhere in Vegas.. we got an OJ in Hash House a Go go.. it was.. $16 or $18 ?? for a single Orange Juice.. I got a slice of cheese cake, and a single scoop gelato, at Mirage, just a dessert booth, the one by the hotel elevators.. $30 for the two.. so their dessert price was actually "in the ball park" for a very upscale steakhouse.. the steak price,.. nope.. a good 10oz of that was bone.. hence the "tomahawk" part of the name.. a HUGE BONE.. it better be a ribeye for $260 for what amounts to 30-32oz of steak.. or $130/lb... sorry.. thats insane.. have to add.. with TIP ?? your now at.. $650 for the night ?? and ONION RINGS, MAC N CHEESE.. 2 LEMONADES are in that bill ?? holy Short Shrift Batman ! !

CHALE....$260 for a Tomahawk Steak ??WTF ?? You can get a nice cut of 18oz Rib eye steak 🥩 at Jackson's Bar and Grill for $20 Bucks on the south end of the Strip... Need to avoid the main strip as food is WAY OVER PRICED !! There's plenty of great places to eat and corporate casinos are just taking your Money 🤑🤑. I'm done with the Vegas strip. Henderson, NV Is my new casino stay. Plenty of Free Parking , and best of ALL NO DAM RESORT FEES 😮

Go between 5-6 and they have price fix dinner for $90. Our meal was great. We each had lobster bisc a side I chose creamy mashed potatoes and my wife had cream corn. Sizes were big enough to share. Then we ordered flat iron steaks and they were very tender and came with a pepper sauce. We concluded the meal with cream bule. Excellent value and large portions. You have to ask for the local special. They don’t tell you about it.
