Hii Shin!! You had me at Fontainebleau. I knew it was gonna be the Linguine Vongole at Mother Wolf. I’m sure you don’t remember, but when I went there earlier this year they had taken it off the menu because it was not up to the chefs expectations on quality. I now see that it’s back on the menu. I was so disappointed!! For my birthday in February I’m going to Hell’s Kitchen which I’ve wanted to do for a long time and then after that I’m going to try Cut. A must try for you in 2025 will be the new Wolfgang Puck restaurant, Carama at Mandalay Bay. One dish: Fra Diavolo! Thanks for a great Top 10 and Happy New Year!!🎈🎆🎊 🎉

I do remember that story Diane because I had the EXACT same thing happen to me. Chef was not happy with the taste of the shipment of clams so they 86'd it on an evening I went for it. If my girlfriend works at Crab and Spice, she never told me and she's been great at hiding it lol. I just love this flavor. Creole cooking, seafood, all you can eat, it's just great in my book. I used to go to Boiling Crab in California back in the day and you'd get a single bag of this boil for $50 so all you can eat at this price is too good for me. Thanks for watching!

Mother Wolf is definitely one of the best restaurants in Las Vegas. I used a $150 comp there and got the focaccia bread, blue prawns appetizer, margherita pizza, and linguini with clams and they were all amazing. I hope you tried the blue shrimp appetizer. The sauce they are in is unbelievable. Best shrimp dish I've ever had!

This was a very hard list to curate this year as there were a lot of great dishes but the linguini alla vongole was the best version of the recipe I've ever tried. The bread was in consideration also but the biscuits at Four Sixes took that honor this year. Thanks for watching!

Great Video! I rolled my eyes when you selected an Italian dish as #1. Italian food is so one dimensional..cheese, cheese, cheese and bland. I’m pretty sure the dish is good but Italian food is so overrated, especially on the strip casinos.

But there's no cheese on a linguini vongole lol... All I'll say is that this was the best dish I had all year. I've had it several times and it's consistently perfect every time. I think I'd be pretty hard pressed to find a better linguini vongole almost anywhere to be honest. But I can understand where you're coming from. Generic Italian food is very same-y for sure. Golden Steer is so overrated in regards to their steak. Awful quality steak and severely overpriced. Shin said he tried everything on the menu but the most memorable was a shrimp appetizer dish. 😂
