How to make Vegetable Biryani
Heat 1/2cup Oil in a pan add 3 medium size Sliced onion stir fry until turn golden brown then remove from oil
Now fry All vegetables one by one
Cover and Fry potato for 4min and remove All vegetable and set aside
Then in a same oil add 1ts cumin and Whole spice let them crackle
4 cloves
2 cinnamon sticks
8 pepper corn
1 black cardamom
2 Green cardamom powder
2 tomatoes 🍅 stir fry cover and cook until soft meanwhile in Take 1 cup of yogurt add 2tsp Red chilli powder 1/2 tsp Turmeric
1-1/2ts Coriander powder
1/2ts Whole spice powder
Once tomtoes are soften add 2tbs ginger garlic paste and continue to fry
Once oil is separated add All marinated vegetables stir and let it cook until oil separated add dried plum mint leaves 1/4 ts cardamom powder
Star Annie powder 1
Nutmeg mace powder 1/4ts 2
Now take out half vegetables and oil
for layering Spread the boiled rice over the vegetables
Add orange food colour mixed with water and few drops of kewra essence
Fried onion and mint leave
Now repeat the same process
Add oil too
Now cover and cook on low flame
After 5min put the pan over the tawa and cook on dum form for 15min
Then uncover don't touch the biryani for 10min
