Grandma, in this recipe.. nutritional properties are washed away when you boiled all the veggies ..if you put little water and steam all the veggies it would have been very healthy recipes...when vegetables cooked in simple recipes is only healthy..that boiled water if you use like soup it's ok...but throwing away will loose all the nutritions....
