Ingredients:

For Dough :
-------
Maida - 2 cups
Salt - 1/4 tspn
Butter - 1 tbsp
Water
For Masala Stuffing :
------------
Boiled Potato
Carrot
Beans
Onion
Green Chilli
Peas
Ginger Garlic Paste - 1/2 tspn
Turmeric Powder - 1 pinch
Garam Masala - 1 pinch
Cumin Seed Powder - 2 pinch
Red Chilli Powder - 1 tspn
Salt
Water for boiling vegetables
Prepare Dough
Roll the dough
Coat with a tbsp of butter
Sprinkle some maida
Fold the dough for layers
Keep it in freezer for 30 minutes
Prepare veg Masala for stuffing
Allow to cool
Again roll the dough ,coat with butter, sprinkle some maida , fold for layers
Keep it in freezer for another 30 minutes
Repeat the process for more thin and crispy layers at least 4 to 5 times
Preheat oven or vessel for stove top
Stuff the masala, seal the edges with maida paste ( maida with water )
Bake and serve 👌
For Oven :
------
Bake at 200 c for 25 minutes
For Stove Top :
--------
Bake at low flame for 30 to 40 minutes
