Biryani masala/spices powder recipe
2 spoons peppercorns ,
1- cinnamon stick (lil finger size),
4- cloves
2- green cardamoms ,
1- star anise,
Half of mace ,
1 bay leaf
2- spoons cumin seeds
2- spoons kasuri methi (dried fenugreek leaves)
3- spoons coriander seeds ,
1- black cardamom
Blend to fine powder
