Vegetable soup
One carrot
One potato
One small zucchini
One small pepper
One onion
Two cloves of garlic
Two heaped tablespoons of flour
A tablespoon of butter
Three tablespoons of olive oil
A teacup of milk
A coffee spoon of salt
Seven cups of water
Preparation:
After finely chopping the onions, garlic and carrots let's fry them in butter and olive oil for 3 minutes, then add the zucchini, potatoes, red peppers respectively. Let's fry them for a total of 5-6 minutes, add flour, then pour cold water and milk together as I showed in the video and mix quickly. Add hot water and boil it until the vegetables are cooked. Let's check its consistency and salt amount. We serve it with finely chopped parsley sprinkled on top. It's a very delicious soup! Good luck.
