Upma Recipe-:
Roast some sooji and Vermicelli in a teaspoon oil for 5 minutes. Then saute some jeera,rai and urad dal with curry leaves. Add chopped garlic,ginger, onion, tomato, cashews along with your choice of vegetables.
Then add water and salt to the sauted vegetables,bring it to simmer and add the vermicelli, sooji with some oil and cover the lid well.
Cook for 5-7 mins , Your Vegetable Vermicelli upma is Ready!!! 😋🤗
Chana Curry -:
Soak overnight some chana. Give 3 pressure whistles to the soaked chana and potatoes.
On the other hand grind some jeera, garlic,little bit jeera and a green chilli to make a paste.
Heat a pan with oil add jeera, onions, tomatoes saute well then add the grounded paste to it.cook for a while then add the boiled chana and potatoes, salt, turmeric powder ; cook well for 10 mins. Then add 2 cups water , bring it to simmer for another 5-7 minutes.
Add a dash of Fresh Coriander leaves and switch off the Gas.
