Ingredients:
Boiled potatoes: 4 medium
Boiled corn: 1/2 cup
Cabbage: 1/2 cup
Capsicum: 1 cup
Onions: 1/3 cup
Fresh coriander: 2 tablespoons
Salt: 1 teaspoon
Chilli flakes: 1 teaspoon
Oregano: 1 teaspoon
Cumin seeds: 1 teaspoon
Egg: for coating
Bread crumbs: for coating
Ketchup and mayonnaise: for buns
Instructions:
Mix all the vegetables and spices together in a bowl.
Shape the mixture into patties.
Dip each patty first in egg, then in bread crumbs for a crispy coating.
Shallow fry the patties on medium flame until golden brown.
