I've been to Hangzhou on one of the first high speed trains from Shanghai, very cool back then about 1.5 decades ago, but not thru the airport. Amazing looking airport. Hangzhou was such a beautiful visit. Have a great trip to Thailand and look forward to seeing your videos when you return back to China. Really enjoyed your series as I haven't been back to China in a really long time.

most people take trains for domestic travel and china really isn't an international destination so airports are kind of overkill but you still need them. you should check out yunnan province next time. just spend your entire time there so less time traveling and more time seeing all of the sites. lots of ethnic minorities there with more a se asia vibe.

中国可以经济内循环不依赖国外市场。经济外循环只做内循环的补充。 建一亿栋廉价别墅拉动就业和生育率！只要大家有工作，经济就好，经济好收入就高那么还房款就轻松很多，原来计划二十年还完的，实际只需要12年就还完。银行不担心房产贬值而是担心贷款者不还钱，只要贷款者按时还钱那么就算房价贬值到零银行也一点也不担心。 建一亿栋廉价别墅，每栋别墅配套40平方米一万瓦的屋顶光伏发电系统，每年可以发一万度电（中国居民人均年生活用电量约900度电），并配套一亿辆续航里程100公里最高时速80公里的可日常在别墅充电的代步电动汽车（每辆三到四万元），可以每年增加至少一千多万个就业岗位，相当于十多个富士康用工规模，使经济增长率增加3个百分点。同时还可以带动汽车和太阳能发电等产业进行产业升级。 减少失业率能减少很多社会问题，如治安问题，家庭矛盾，还能提高生育率。 这里说的建一亿栋廉价别墅是在城市里或城市周边建别墅，不要理解为在农村建房子，也不要理解为京津新城那样离城市七八十公里那么远的地方建别墅。从卫星地图上看北上广和很多城市还有大量农田可以使用。 两层楼的廉价别墅在工厂流水线生产出房子模块，顾客在网上下单后把模块拉到别墅地块组装起来，这样杜绝各个部门伸手向房产要钱，也基本杜绝了烂尾楼，这样的别墅造价非常低的，每平方只要1500元左右。 中央只要给政策允许0.5亿亩农地转变为建设用地即可，不用中央出一毛钱。地方政府要做的是把土地从农民手里征收或租过来，做好建设规划，并做好道路水电气等设施。地方政府只是分期提前垫付的一定的资金，等到把地皮卖给个人或租给个人建房子时就能回收垫付的资金。 一栋180平方米建筑面积的两层楼的别墅需要使用0.5亩（333平米）土地，包括了道路学校等设施的用地。 别墅业主每年需支付给农民2000元的土地租金。农民一亩地搞农业的话一年净收入一般不到两千元的，所以每年每亩地坐收2000元并不亏。如果买断则按50年租金计算，0.5亩地卖家要给农民5万元土地转让费。 一栋180平方米的两层楼别墅建造成本36万元，每人（一栋别墅住三个人）配套道路按35平方米，每平方米道路造价500元计算，每栋别墅需要承担约5万元。加上水电气等造价约3万元，那么房子和配套设施建造工料成本约44万元，按13%的增值税计算政府可以收到5.72万元的税金。4平方公里面积的别墅小区可建1.2万栋别墅（可居住3.6万人），收到6.86亿元，足以建一个容纳2000学生的学校。小区内开车到学校不超过十分钟。 每栋别墅前花园可以停两辆电动汽车。每栋别墅建40平方米屋顶光伏发电系统，每年可发电一万度电，使人均每年用电量从现在是800多度电增长的3000度电。可以消耗过剩的产能和增加人们就业机会。 对新建的廉价别墅收房产税，每平方米每月收5至10元，每年政府可以净收入约2万亿元。 以前两万一平方的房子，其实只有3，4千元是形成房子实体和给房子的配套道路水电等的成本，其他的钱都被以地价税费的形式挪用到搞政府形象工程，大基建上了。但大基建的边际效益已经递减很多工程效益是负的了。不能把钱投入这些项目了。 建一亿栋廉价别墅要把钱全部用在房子和配套的道路水电上，不给挪用，两层楼的房子加上配套只需要3千元左右。低廉的价格必定用大量的需求，必然带动房子相关的汽车家电家具等的消费，直接拉动经济和就业率。 媒体经常说中国需求不足，产能过剩。其实需求是有的，人们希望家里有书房、健身房，有琴室，有衣帽间，有停车坪和前后花园、狗舍等，这些都是实实在在提高人们生活水平的，只要别墅每平方米价格在3000元以内人们消费的起是有大量的需求的。需求大就业率高，大家都在工作没有失业闲着就能创造极大的价值。 我们的消费政策不应该是掏空人们的储蓄，而应该是让人们有就业机会创造价值，用自己创造的价值和别人创造的价值进行交换从而得到自己的房子。 在初中就设置汽车驾驶课，让学生考驾照。高中生16岁就可以驾驶代步电动汽车（美国就是16岁可以驾车的）。可以低息或免息给学生贷款购买4万元以内的代步电动汽车。这样可以每年创造两三千万辆电动车的需求，很大程度增加就业率和提高工厂的产能利用。学生能驾驶汽车并且有车，相当于把他的活动能力大大提高。可以限定学生还完贷款才能购买第二辆车，这样就不用担心给学生的贷款坏账。因为4万元对人的一生创造的财富不算多，基本都能还上。 土地不是问题，土地是足够的。当年设置18亿亩耕地红线是预测中国人口峰值为16亿人口，18亿亩耕地红线能保证16亿人的粮食安全。按人口变动趋势预计二三十年后人口将不到十二亿人了。远远少于预计的16亿人口。因此建一亿栋廉价使用0.5亿亩土地不会影响到粮食安全。 （18亿亩耕地红线的来历：从国家自然资源部网站资料可知，2005年制定耕地红线是要保证到2020年不低于18.05亿亩。实际上到2020年还有19.179亿亩） 2005年提出18亿亩耕地红线概念，当年的粮食产量4.84亿吨，人均352公斤。2021年粮食产量6.8285亿吨，人均480公斤，比印度的人均270公斤多了近一倍。和2005年相比粮食产量增长了40%，靠的是工业和科技发展反哺农业，充足低价的化肥，高产的种子，大型水利工程等是粮食增产原因。 注意，2005年提出18亿亩红线时还有耕地20.5亿亩，当年人均粮食产量352公斤。可见当年认为人均粮食产量352公斤是安全的，如果不安全那么就不是保18亿亩红线而是保20.5亿亩红线了。十几年来耕地减少了1.3亿亩，主要原因是退耕还林，把耕地恢复为林地以保护生态。而建设用地导致耕地减少不足0.3亿亩。 2021年，我们克服新冠肺炎疫情、洪涝自然灾害等困难，粮食总产量达到13657亿斤，比上年增长267亿斤，粮食同比增长2%，相当于增加0.4亿亩耕地的粮食产出。其实我们粮食是足够的，粮食增加2%对我们基本没有什么影响，那么反过来粮食减少2%，回到一年前的水平对我们的影响也是微乎其微的。但是如果增加0.4亿亩住宅土地那么对我们的生活质量是翻天覆地的影响，因为我们现在城镇住宅用地面积才0.15亿亩，增加0.4亿亩住宅用地差不多够城市一半人口的别墅用地了。 2005年到2021年十六年的时间中国粮食产量增长了40%，随着农业集约化生产提高和科技水利投入增加预计过十几年粮食至少还能增产10%，相当于增加2亿亩耕地的粮食产出。 现在汽车工厂的产能利用率只有百分之六十，完全可以用汽车工厂的机器手生产两层别墅，一栋别墅只需要四五个模块，工厂生产出来后模块运到工地吊装组装起来，接上水电排污管道即可入住。 全文请看一下
