This is legit terrifying. I used to get scared very easily, and if I still did and I saw this, I would probably have nightmares. The jumpscares are nightmarish, especially the one at 8:58. The fact that their eyes are completely blacked out, blood is coming out, their expressions on their faces, the colors are dark red and black, there’s red static, the screen is glitching, and the background audio is horrific. The other jumpscares are pretty good too. This one may win the challenge.

Mid 90’s would be Sega CD; the most plausible. The other most plausible consoles would be the Saturn or the Dreamcast. Because it doesn’t look like it would fit a 16 bit game. Let alone a 32 bit game. The loading screen reminds me of Sega CD. While the countertop scene reminds me of Dreamcast.
