Yea, that 2M starter plus some bars hurts like hell.
Not much to say but that it's kinda height dependant, if you're not high enough the assist wont hit after that airgrab. So to gain additional height, you have to delay j.H j.2H, and the jump cancel afterwards to get that slight but necessary height.
There's an non-TOD version, it's easier and more practical. Instead of using 236L vanish, just do 214L vanish into dragon rush.
