The note had the initials SM. SM? As in Sir Miles Axelrod? I wouldn't be too surprised if he is responsible for the various cars turning evil since in Sterling's note, he says his oil supply tasted strange as if it wasn't oil. Considering Axelrod is an oil tycoon with a large oil rig field, it would make sense for him and his lemons to taint the oil for their nefarious plans. Then again, the address says Appalachian Mountains, so maybe after being exposed for rigging his own World Grand Prix with the explosive Allinol, he and his lemons may have moved their base of operations. I could be wrong but that's just my theory for Chapter 4.

Wait I have a few guesses it is kind of like piggy and mack or Markus is like doggy and doggy gets infected in chapter 4 and my brother and me played this game and found a infected mack or Markus when it is loading so I guess someone forced Mack or Markus to drink the oil and infects him and alerts mater or Martin to you and you escape and meet Smokey who is like Mr P so you rescue someone that is not infected.

I have a guess for the story so miles axle rod made an oil for the racing center and sterling Cruz and McQueen drank it and gave it to other cars or infected them so it explains sally being infected and so meet Mack and look for clues but your partner Mack gets infected and you find Smokey and you go help someone and then you stay with Smokey and finds more evil cars and you find axle rod and defeat him and make an antidote and things go back to normal
