I think they want / like the classic look with angel eyes of that era. But i can say they might be the best looking aftermarkets made to look modern. There are others, but they look like someone made a custom failed attempt. These look like they're from there and they make the car look newer. I don't like BMW stepping away from one of their iconic signature, the Angel Eyes tho.

I had a couple of E90s during their run. They are the best 3 Series BMW made. The steering is stiff and precise. I could feel the road, and loved the driving experience. The interior was had great quality leather and wood accents. When I got the F30 I could not believe how bad it was.

I personally think the e90 is one of the worst 3 series generations, it looks far worse, than the f30 and is much less of a drivers car than the e46.

They look good..just not on any e90. Looks like they tried to give it a G90 M5 look on a car from 06/07. I like the blue laser look but should have kept the at least the the "flat bottom" halos design

I've had those taillights for about 6+ years. Ordered them on Amazon for $150. Finally swapped back to stock Blacklines just recently cuz the LED ones started collecting water inside. Hopefully yours last longer! Car looks good btw! 👍👍

Take some waterproof sealant and run a thick bead around the headlight housing. This should prevent water intrusion in the future! 👍🏼

That's what ya get with Chinesium Crapolium, half azzed protection. When they are new they look really good, but after a couple of years that thin plastic starts to crackle and ya gotta buy em again. No thanks. Made in Germany or America I would buy em, even at double the cost

@@chasewoo6524 Oh yea that's it! They lose the OEM iconic BMW halo ring, that's why I though those headlights look out of place. But they are nice and can grow on you once you get used to them. Taillights are absolutely sick!

Wish there was something similar for the E46's. Finding OEM headlights for that car is a pain since a lot of the OEM xenon headlights have burnt bowls, an issue they struggled with.

Those tail lights are nice ive always wanted a pair BUT untill i saw someone on IG, they stepped on the brake and i barely noticed a difference when brakes are applied... because the LED strips are also a brake light i feel people wont see you braking... if someone did this but kept the Brake bulb like the stock one itll be worth every penny..

Visibility is important. Light output looks good. Looks are subjective. Good shout going for red OEM rears. I went for the half smoked one and brake lights were barely visible during the day.

Those tails are sick! The reason your OEM ones aren’t consistent tho is because for some weird reason there are like 2 or 3 taillight bulbs for each taillight 💀 typically one goes but the other one still does which gives it that inconsistent look.

Earlier in the video you said they are full LED. But at 9:18, you can see the reason why the high-beams are so miserably dim is because they are halogen...

I freaking love them. I wish i had a Bmw like this one just to install these lights. The only thing that i dislike is that the hazards or emergency lights, blink very weird, i prefer that they blink the same way as the turn signal lights and this ones that blink a little bit slower, but in general they are great! Nothing to do with sales. Some cars required coding while others didn't. For example, Xenon models vs Halogen.

Those new headlights look extremely well made and oem + for sure..... but the daytime running lights look like J's.... and well J's are for Jag's.... so I would never put that version on my car.... As for the tail lights... one of things you did not show are the difference in the light when you are braking..... if there isn't a significant difference in color, this could be a problem.... brake lights are definitely something you want to see very distinctly when then come on... that is the one thing I did not like about most other versions of tail lights.... the brake light vs. tail parking light differential was minimal....

Tails are great, the headlights are like... 3mm too chonky on theDRL "eyes" and brow. These look very similar to when you see a subaru with cheap "C lights" .

better save the $$$ would like them for my 2010 E93. Just replaced the head unit and front bushes. An expensive week, but worth it. I'm in Australia, so cost is way higher :)

I do the same when removing my bumper it is much easier access to the headlights bolt in the back when taking the wheels off very tight space between the wheel and the headlight can’t even fit the ratchet behind wheel at least with me 😂

They just started making these for the F15/F85 X5. Are you going to sell them? Also, those weren't the high beams, those are the flash to pass lights. In the video on the highway you can see that the high beams are actually a part of the outer led light and it has a motorized cutoff shield.

I want to keep the oem tail light look but can't deny the boldness these new leds have. The 3 led strips remind me too much of the f series. Is there a way to unplug/code the bottom 3rd led so that there's only 2 led strips per light? Which wire would I have to deal with?
