Hi, this is Dr arunkumar... V could definitely get a taste like restaurants by using that vegetable stock cubes, which is used to enhance d taste of a dish. It mainly contains "monosodium glutamate" which is also called as tasting powder. Nowadays it's been using as an alternative for d deadly tasting powder...banned in many countries as it is carcinogenic, means which may cause cancer...let d taste be little less but try to avoid this deadly vegetable stock, tasting powder
