Yes, that is very much possible in case of this vehicle. Our authorized reseller velobike.co.uk sells them with mph instead of km/h

Depends on airlines, which usually have various requirements. Lithium-Ion batteries need to be removed in most cases, but some airlines outright don't allow to transport them. In case of Lead-Acid batteries, this also depends, either they outright forbid it or it is possible to transport scooter, it just needs main switch off. Best to inquire with airlines regarding this as they set the rules for transportation of mobility scooters :)
