CJ, you have made me into a velocity King my brother. I use my credit cards and lines of credit to remodel my home,buy properties and invest. I don't even worry about my paycheck when it hits my account cause I'm going to dump it. I use my credit card to get my 2% cash back and then pull from my line of credit to pay the card off and then dump back into the line of credit . This system is so effective when used properly. In this example the questioner should've stated more clearly the following.... all my credit cards are maxed out,I have no more available credit lines of any sort AND I have no money in my savings or checking account and my credit as a result is SHOT .... now with those parameters, CAN VELOCITY BANKING WORK?... The answer if we're being honest SHOULD BE A RESOUNDING NOOOOO !

Not all of my credit cards are maxed out, but I do have 6 cards carrying balances, I have a previous debt consolidation loan that can't be paid with cards, and a car loan. My biggest card has a $5000 limit and I'm using that one for velocity... And I'm making more progress than I ever did by just making payments and trying to "save" money in my checking account. It absolutely works. The only problem *as with all debt repayment methods*, is willpower and consistency. You HAVE to cut spending. Period. Spending is how you got into the mess. Not spending is how you get out of it.

How do I make velocity banking work for me when I'm a landscaper I have on the books $2,500 a week coming in but my income goes up and down because of the weather he rain or exhaustion how do I make the last banking work in that case and I only work 7 months out of the year

What’s the tool and what happens when u do not have another line of credit ?

Well you will have to go the Dave Ramsey route and start with the CC with the lowest balance and pay CCs off until your credit is high enough to get an unsecured LOC. Or you can get a SECURED CC or LOC with requires you putting up the money. Some banks will match whatever you put in. Then it will function just like a CC. Once your credit approves then you can move on to unsecured lines.

Place your income in your CC as a payment and slowly decrease it and build yoir credit so that you may qualify for other CCs

*Run your credit expenses and park your cashflow from the credit card. Anything that is a loan pay from your checking account because you can't pay them with credit card.*
