I would love velux to show a video where the tile cuts each side are 40mm wide and how to fix them and where the tile cuts below the window are a 240mm cut ! And how to fix them ! Velux are a cracking product... but a video like this is not how 95% off retro fitted window are .

We see some humidity between the top of what you install at second 9 of your video and the frame (it was installed with the help of a professional). Any idea how to stop it? It seams to come when it's raining.

I think that it´s because the counter batten (minute 0.01) on both sides is creating a space above the window where the water that comes from the upper part of the roof cannot escape. Those counter battens should be cutout and have a channel above the window. If any water gets there is guided to the sides.
