Look out for a purple lipstick with cool undertone. It might look intimidating but just take a little and smudge it out, gives u the same results

try the etude fixing tint if you don’t want the glossy sheen. they’re matte, super comfortable, super flattering, and come in so many shades!

also rom&nd velvet lines are also pretty good and a little comfier (in my opinion). The fixing tint feels a little sticky to me and the rom&nd ones i own are a little "creamier". I got the zero velvet tint and milk tea velvet tint lines, both amazing.

So I get wrinkly butthole lips too and I never understood why I can see all these other people wearing makeup and their lips look so smooth and pretty and I always thought it's cuz I had dry lips so I'd start scrubbing my lips with lip scrub and then I try to keep them as moisturized as possible and it never occurred to me that it's just my lips and that just some lip color I can't wear. Probably sounds totally dumb but I never actually thought that it's just the way my lips are I thought it was just cuz they were always too dry or chapped or whatever.

Same, I always wondered why I looked absolutely terrible with any nude, pastel or light shades. Even when my lips were well hydrated it always looked off once they dried, it never occured to me that that's just how my lips are and velvety matte lipsticks/lip tints accentuate it more. My goto shades are a muted deep pink with purply undertones or a maroon.

If you want velvet matte lipstick you can also try 'ROMAND zero velvet tint/blur fudge tint', 'Violette petal bouche matte', 'Forencos tattoo clair velvet tint', 'Hera sensual power matte stain' etc. 'Violette FR' one is not Korean but the Korean velvet matte lipsticks leave a stain, can be transfer-proof without it feeling heavy and not accentuate your lip lines. They also be more affordable too.

Velvet lipsticks are the best! I just wish more of them didn't transfer tbh. Have you tried 3CE and Romand velvets? As far as they are on me, they don't sheen either :] Romand has some beautiful deep colors!

Ik for a fact that velvet lipsticks and tints are very very popular in east asia. Velvet lipsticks in general are really easy to use, is not as matte or dry and also blend easily which is important since lots of east asian girls only put lipstick on the inner parts of their lips which is a popular way to do lipsticks in douyin and korean makeup. Personally i do prefer tints but velvet lipsticks are great, the peripera ink velvet collection especially is great to use.

Maybe you should try mixing raw shea butter with some pure coconut oil and putting it in freezer to store . Using this mixture every night as an over night lip mask will even out your lip texture , it won’t completely fix the texture of lips but will definitely help.
