Yikes how does this work for footballers with bow legs and fallen arches ? Functional patterns seem compromised created numerous rotational / oblique-system complications... Add to this left glute/ piriformis ache and discomfort in right shoulder (serratus ache and difficulty with lower-trap) which seem to be related to sling function Corexcell offers useful stuff exploring anatomy chains as does this quick read: www.pilatesperformancetherapy.co.uk/articles/could-your-glutes-be-causing-your-shoulder-pain In this video below, "The Power of Posture", Naudi aguilar (functional patterns) shares similar ideas : kzbin.info/www/bejne/eYulq4KobL-Zo9U

What is the name of this 3D musculo-skeletal programme? Can it be found/downloaded on the internet?

Yes. This particular 3D human body model is available online as a free resource. There are other fantastic applications that I'm using as well, but this particular can be found here: www.biodigital.com/
