I had a total of 8 veins done a few months ago, one a week. The procedure isn't that bad but for me the recovery was painful. Now its 3 months later and its the best thing I ever did. No more pain in my legs.

Im scare about the pain. I can't believe the painn is just for local anestesia to introduce the cateter. What do you feel when the cateter is pulling inside your vein? Looks very painful for me. Im very scar. I need the procedure

The worst and weirdest pain/sensation with this procedure. I’m laying down with my leg wrapped from having it done today. The numbing of the leg is what hurts. It feels like a prolonged leg cramp and a weird pulling sensation at once.

I have Klippel-Trenaunay Syndrome, which is a vascular birth defect. I am 54vyears old, and had my first vein strippings done when I was a small child. I can't tell you that it helped, but do believe they made things worse. I am at a bad crossroads, and my surgeon said that my saphenous vein has mysteriously opened up, after more than 40 years. Having clotting problem. He's going to give this procedure a go. Says it will help.

@@julianalauradossantos8645 MOST vein problems stem from cardiovascular issues steaming almost exclusively from a prolonged lifestyle mainly from drugs and diet. Genetics is actually must less of a component than people try to give credit for bc it's easier to blame.
