For vendakkai pachadi or any pachadi I use to grind coconut green chilly and raw mustard..or ordinary days we use to fry vendakkai..with 2..3..cut green chillies nicely and add in beaten but thick curd and porichukottal by kaduku.. kariveppilai ..and 2 red chillies..no coconut needed..but more tasty..will suit any kind of koottu

Vazhga Valamudan. We add little pacchai kadugu while grinding green chillies and tomato. It will add that mustardy kick to the pacchadi .
