Boiled chickpea / கொண்டைகடலை - ½ cup
Turmeric powder / மஞ்சள் தூள்- ½ teaspoon
Red chilli powder / மிளகாய் தூள் - 1 teaspoon
Coriander powder / மல்லி தூள் - 1 teaspoon
Salt / உப்பு - as required
Tamarind/ புளி - small piece
Rice water / கழநீர் - as required
Rice flour /அரிசி மாவு - 1 teaspoon
Jaggery / வெல்லம் - 1 tablespoon
