Because there are 2 different characters. Gul is a servant with no education and a lot of push and guts, besides they know each other since they were children, they grew up together. Dilan is a sensitive, innocent girl, gentle, educated, beautiful soul with no one at her side, who was mistreated by Baran, his grandmother and the woman who called mother doesn’t love her, they wanted to kill her by the guest in the house, grandmother, by his uncle Hassan. What else do you want to know why she is not like Gul. You are not following the story? Maybe you should begin again and understand all this.

In a normal situation, Dilan would’ve been right, it's not ok to give a gun to a heated young man who's looking for revenge, but...Baran is desperate, he's fighting with the unknown....if only Dilan would tell him the truth about who the enemy is...On a lighter mode, their chemistry is off the charts, Yagmur is a cutie and Baris is gorgeous, has that confidence and swagger about him that attracts people. I adore the actor that plays Ahmet amca 🤗

I just love the details of these shows-for example, the book’s title, which in English means “War of Blunt Knives”. Symbolically, it describes the main conflicts of the story exactly. The phrase represents a long, drawn-out fight or feud that is very damaging psychologically, emotionally, and physically, although on the surface, the manner or weapons used are not particularly sharp or lethal (as in how a blunt blade does not cut cleanly and swiftly but still does considerable damage to the thing being cut). Baran’s and Dilan’s ongoing and never-ending conflict and tension due to the forced misrepresentation of her feelings for him is destroying each of them, though most of the “weapons” they are using-lies, angry words, distrust, insults-are hidden or secretive. Likewise, the initial feud that is the basis of the entire conflict between the two families has been continuous, though largely subversive, as are Hassan’s deceitful attempts to ruin Kudrut’s and Baran’s control of the family, or Derya’s machinations to keep herself in the company and family. It takes a keen eye, and usually multiple viewings, to catch all these clues and details and is something the writers of these shows do masterfully.
