Another suggestion: If possible, use a 3rd tent wall; design booth with outward facing U-shape with your check out in a corner which gives you another entire wall to spread out allowing you to better interact with your custormers, etc. Then you can separate your prints, and other items so that people can see and focus on individual groupings without distraction. Your check out stand tray looks like one that I have🙂, so if possible, getting another to place your gum ball machine and sign (which, by the way, is a great idea!) close/next to the check out stand which might nudge some to take a chance. This is a long one. If that doesn't work for you, how about some form of a V-shape . I guess what I'm saying is, if it's too expensive to get a larger space, using the one you have and possibly adding inexpensive surfaces to display your wares so you can spread them out over the space that you do have. Store Supply Warehouse has some of the most inexpensive grid panels that I have seen without stands, i.e. 2x6 feet for just over $30.

I have some similar items (canvas, magnets, plushies) so it's nice to see how other people display their items! I do have a few tips/ideas/suggestions to utilize your space better, because I don't think you need to go to a bigger booth :) ~If someone is just walking past/looking in, the first things they see are the large canvas paintings and the large crocheted animals. (This sets them up to think everything in your booth is expensive and just keep going). I'd suggest the small crocheted cuties to be visible to anyone walking by (great to grab kids' attention too!) ~The whole setup seems a little awkward with booths on either side of you (what if the person to the left had their side up and blocked the view more?) Maybe you can do more of a horseshoe/U-shape? Table on either side with wire rack stand right in the middle. (I do realize this will mess up your banner...I've seen others put it on the front of their table, or even getting a long skinny one to put up in the front of your tent may work better). ~S/M/L prints: get another wire rack stand, add some baskets, and put groups of same prints (all sizes) into one basket. The customer can see what each group is (small in front, clearly visible) and with the increasing sizes behind it, as well as clearly labeled pricing, will know they have size options to choose from. ~The shopping baskets are a cute idea! They're in an awkward place though (I was wondering if they were for sale...?) Stack them up and put them near the smaller items, (magnets/stickers/cuties) that will actually fit in the basket and be fun for kids to use! (Or store them 'behind the counter' and you can offer them to customers that are picking out a few things or looking longer than a glance.) Either option will free up some space for you! Suggestion: 1 more grid & hang sideways, slide an 18” deep banquet table under the 2 grids along the whole 10’ wall., just display your smaller items on this banquet table. Also, highlight 1-2 paintings behind you on the back wall, maybe your “best” to attract attention.. good use of the card display, but why not get another spinner to hold your prints, perhaps a taller one that could stand on the floor? I’ve been crafting for 40 years and my best tip would be to go vertical, for an outdoor events, I often use wooden crates with the opening facing out towards the Customer’s path, put a shelf over top of it, add another row of crates and a shelf. Now you have doubled your space as well as creating small vignettes to put groupings inside the crates. I hope this helps, I think your products are wonderful, and I wish you the best of luck!

Another suggestion for better displaying the prints would be a tall ground rack that either hangs from the tent wall or rotates. But they could also go in a rotating rack just like the card rack on the table. My concern with a "dig bin" in the corner of your table like that means people will be standing there for a good minute to look through, and blocking the stickers entirely.

I agree with this assessment. I didn't even notice the inconsistency with the signage colours, but the green fabric at the front corner was really throwing me off. I love the logo and colours! I agree with the tent top colour - the blue is sort of making the tent look closed off. I see a completely unused tent wall. You might think that wall is useless but if there are people in your tent, they'll be able to see anything that's displayed there. Maybe a minor thing, but I'd shore up that 'L' in the table and bring the side table forward to have it lined up with the front table. I agree that you're pushing the edge of having to get a double tent space. You look way too crowded in back with practically no visibility for people shopping. If your boyfriend joins you, DEFINITELY get a bigger space. In any event, it will allow you both to walk back and forth and help each other out unless you are just displaying his items. But still, you'll need more room. Another idea is to open the booth by putting your tables on either side of the tent with the grid wall centered in the back. This would totally depend on how much of an introvert you are because there really won't be anywhere to hide. You'd have to put your chair in the corner with maybe a small table to check out. But having it open will let people see everything when they enter the tent. That's IF they enter. Some people like to float on the outside. That's kind of a 'know your market' sort of thing. Granted, this comes from the perspective of market visitor, not someone that has actually had a booth so I can't pretend to know everything that's involved. In any case, really nice art and variety of items! Cheers!

Those large crochet items are made and stuffed with recycled plastic bags. The prep work alone is very time consuming. I need to gather clean bags, cut off the top and bottom, fold them, cut them into 1" strips, link them together, and roll it into a ball. Plarn (plastic yarn) is not the easiest material to work with, so it took many hours to complete.

Plastic bags deteriorate after a few years and turn into powder and flakes. I'd be wary of using them for more expensive items that are designed to last They are very beautiful, by the way
