You should get a backpack sprayer. They have a pump handle on one side so you could keep pumping and spraying and moving non-stop. Edit: If you do get a backpack sprayer though, make sure to remove the in tank and in line filters ;)

great vid but why is no one calling out that flipping the panel caused a gap in the join for the panel under the window. panel should not have been flipped. flipping it just meant you cut the bottom not the top as required. you just needed to rotate it around back to front not upside down. 😁

Very nice job! Why do not use gypsum for interior stones? That would be much lighter. Have you tried to lighting the concrete stones?
@GlobMarble
@GlobMarble Жыл бұрын
Gypsum is a common option for interior stones, but they are very brittle and hard to color. I would never achieve this look with plaster or hydrocal

@@GlobMarble so the CSA is more of an additive that I add to my Portland Cement & Sand mix ? Got it ..
@GlobMarble

You can use it as an additive but in this video I used it as a standalone replacement for Portland cement

@@GlobMarble suppose I am using Portland cement. Does it really matter if I use 52.5N, 42.5N or 32.5N? Do these different cement strengths affect the recipe?
@GlobMarble
@GlobMarble Жыл бұрын
You can do anywhere from 1-4 parts sand to 1 part cement if using Portland type 2. I would recommend a sweet spot of a 3:1 ratio. More cement = more strength but also more shrinkage.

Could you elaborate?
@ferencbekesi6197
@ferencbekesi6197 Жыл бұрын
@@GlobMarble I would use "perlite" so the concrete stone will be much lighter. So you don't need to spend much more money and time to upgrade the plasterboard.

Would diluting csa with regular S type cement extent the life of the mold but slow the cure? Are your molds polyurethane bases?
@GlobMarble
@GlobMarble Жыл бұрын
Yes, the molds are polyurethane and generally last much longer than silicon molds. And yes, CSA is designed as an additive, not as a standalone product like the way I used it. The description has links to all the products, and the product page for CSA contains all the dosage rates and corresponding cure times.

Thats where you are wrong. This video shows newbies a way into this industry without investing in 50 molds to start manufacturing. The benefits greatly outweigh the cost
@4tradesmenfencing

@@GlobMarble no I disagree if they get a couple minutes into your video all they will see is you telling them to use a certain type of concrete that concrete will ruin their molds.
@GlobMarble

A concrete that will shrink the demold time from 12 hours to 30 minutes. If you would rather buy 50 molds from us to manufacture traditionally, we will not complain :)
