Venetian Rowing

The use of oar on a gondola forcola. The forcola is a pretty complicated and versatile element of support for the oar. There is different forocolas for each tipical venitian boat, and on each boat one or more, according to the rowing position. This video focuses on gondolas stern forcola.

@@cerce84 I did it lorenzo! I went just after I posted and found a charity in Venice that taught me. I truly enjoyed. It was a two person gondola so didn’t have an asymmetric hull.
