Dropped from an electric Lich. So, make sure to kill a kuva larva with an electric based Warframe. Once you kill the lich, it has a chance of dropping this.

@@Rhyza13 They don't drop from liches with electric power,they drop from liches that are wearing the effect

I just don't like that the lightning that comes off your character doesn't match the chosen energy color. Hope they change that

@@project0017 no I mean you're using a blue energy color but there are little arcs of electricity coming off you that are the same colors and volt default energy color
