Perfect guide. For those like me who may have had a few ADD moments and thought you followed the guides to a T but actually missed a couple and don't know which ones you need.... Press pause, go to DNA, then cycle all the way to the right until you see "treasures". There's a section that says "feathers". It won't tell you exactly what feathers you need but it will tell you if you are missing any in any specific cities.

Ok I know I’m incredibly late on this, but if you pause the game, go to DNA, then Secondary Memories then go to Feathers, it shows how many you have from each city, and what’s achieved/missing from each district. Hope this helps if you’re missing any.
