Maanga Thokku.... Excellent combination of grated raw mango with the simple masala prepared indigenously and cooked with Idayam Sesame oil with a sprinkle of Parry's jaggery powder. Very delicious Maanga Thokku. I prepared this recepe yesterday ie 1st June 2022 and it has turned out to be a super hit with my family. Your demonstration was excellent as always and Thank you for sharing this wonderful recepe 😋😋🌹
