Thank you for small tips which help us in making the sweet perfect I wish to share one small information that my grand mother always used do boondi laddu using Bengal gram dhal which we used to get it powdered in the mill and she never used maida or baking powder but laddus were like tirupathi laddu which used to last 15_20 days without getting spoiled From champa, Bangalore
