Tried your way of soft chapati, it really came out very well. நான் பண்ணும் சப்பாத்தியில் எப்பவும் வெரும் மாவு, உப்பு, தண்ணீர் தான் சேர்த்து செய்வேன் ஊர வைக்கும் முன் சிறிது நல்லெண்ணெய் சேர்த்து பிசைந்து ஊர வைப்பேன்.it will be soft only. Your tips are very valuable, we can't get those tips anywhere else...Aloo paratha is my favorite, I have tried many times..either it will turn like a pillow( as you mention in video 😃) or aloo masala will spill out...but using using tips it came out very well :) thank you ...I am not a usual KZbin comment writer...I could not stop myself writing here after trying out your recipe...
