Venom managed to incorporate many styles in their sound.....80'S HARDCORE PUNK SOUND, MOTORHEAD, BLACK SABBATH, JUDAS PRIEST and NWOBHM , POWER & SPEED METAL with satanic lyrics. I love both Venom Inc. and as well as Cronos' current Venom line up too. I love both. I listen to Cronos' current Venom more. But I like Venom Inc too. Some people either pick one or the other but I love both. They are slightly different but both bands are like two very wicked but slightly different Venoms. I was really happy years ago when Venom reunited as the original line up, but before long it split in to two different Venoms. I am a big supporter of Cronos' Venom but like this a lot too..Mantas and Abaddon have a lot of that original sound and Tony Dolan(Demolition Man) sounds great on vocals. But Cronos' line up with Dante on drums and Rage on guitar rules too.

In my opinion, if it was released under "venom" and was part of that discography I'd say it is one of the better albums, apart from the name the band is more venom than venom apart from cronos, I personally prefer tony then cronos but cronos is sick too, in my head I class venom Inc as venom even though technically my name and legal reasons they aren't

I read about Mantas' heart attack. He said after he died there was nothing. That means he doesn't have a soul and therefore can't have an NDE. Years of playing devil music may have forfeited his soul. He does look like a demon when playing and the riffs are devilishly epic.

Wow. I've never seen the Tony Dolan lineup before. They're great, and Abbadon is now a great shredder too. Really great Metal Punk, very Motorhead-y, in a good way. I forgot how much of a debt Bathory owes to 'Don't Burn The Witch', which sounds like the first two Bathory albums, even though obviously it came out well before. Dolan is a great frontman.

My first show seeing Venom was June 1984 at the Paramount theater in Staten Island New York. Metallica warmed up for Venom on their Metal Up Your Ass tour. It was Kirk Hammett's second show with Metallica and Metallica's first album "Kill em All" came out 4 months later. I still have my ticket and shirt from show
