There are some major disadvantages - 1) Fireboltt's after sales service is just too bad. They won't attend you, not let you talk to senior manager, too much fake advertisement (like 600 nits, different picture on box, webpage but real product is different) 2) All the components are fit into this small space, which means no room for heat to escape, it can lead to major threats. Quite a few years ago, an android watch was launched, it heated so much, it caused injury to many people's hand. The premium watches like of Samsung, Apple they are made after proper R&D so risk is less.

I mean what is the point for a full android on wrist. Smartwatch concept was introduced as a companion to your phone that is the reason watchos and wearos was introduced. They could have made a wearos smartwatch in this price that with esim functionality along with atleast 2 3 major wearos upgrades. That would actually be a deal breaker. I don't see any point for this. But what I can see that more brands would be willing to develop actual android smart watches and would see more wearos smart watches in the near future in a 5k to 10k price bracket.
