For information: the “incident” is my father locking my little brother in the attic when everyone (my mother, older brother and me) where away from home, I was supposed to stay home that day because well I don’t/didn’t trust my dad. But I decided to just go out and be a teenager and “hang out” with my friends. I blame myself for this happening to him because I wasn’t there to protect him even though I was supposed to stay home. Luckily my brother didn’t stay in the attic for more then a hour. We’re save now and working on this trauma with professional help.

your brother would never blame you and if you known this happen we all know you would've taken him with you kipping. your not to blame your the one who got him out with the others and making sure his life is being safe and loved than being in a place that could lead to dark negative thoughts, your doing amazing and I'm glad your brother alright and safe and getting the help they need.

Thank god your brother is getting help. If that happens to my little brother then I will surely blame my self to.. So I can only hope that your family and you will get past all this shitty mess.
