When is venti rerunning again? Can i build venti with full EM? do i need his sig weapon for best value

Hello! Venti will either rerun in 5.4 or 5.5, so quite soon! And no, you don't require his signature, favonious bow or stringless are perfectly fine options for him as an ftp! Stringless is also pretty good if you're building him as a DPS

There's no official information about when venti is gonna comeback :/ He is good full EM, I changed him some time ago and yes, he works without his signature :)
