I am impressed with your calm and reasoned approach to the obstacles you encountered during this mowing job. I would hope the owner would mark those obstacles with caution posts, flagging tape or paint. In VT, we have to mark fence wire with flagging tape or signs, especially if the fence crosses what might be a pathway or trail in the winter. Snow mobiles or skiers are supposed to stay on marked paths maintained by landowners or clubs.

What are the pros and cons of the Ventrac and Brush Hog?
@TheLawnCareLifeinMowssouri Жыл бұрын
Pros: bushog cuts the material first because it’s out front, it can tackle some pretty thick stuff, easy to see what you’re cutting when Tough Cut deck is in front of the Ventrac. Cons: it doesn’t cut thin grass as clean as I would like. It’s better suited for thicker brush/grass.

It's been a while since I knocked this one out. Probably took a couple of hours and made around $500 on it. This machine can move through overgrown areas pretty quick. Id either have property owner eslk the property first and check or if do it and charge him for that time. First you had unmarked sewer then barbed wire then a metal tub. Id have all property owners sogn a disclaimer stating theres no metal or debris of any kind befote hand and they are aware of paying for damage and loss in eayges if there is.

Lol...When will I learn right?! I run two different trucks and always swapping equipment around. I need a set of tools for one truck and another set of tools for the other truck. Maybe this Winter I will have time to get both trucks all set up. Thanks for watching!
