I seen something like this here in Montana, It had the brush thing on it and was clearing some side walks around a park. I don't know if it was a Ventrac but either way it seemed to be pretty awesome.

We do not have a 3 stage blower. Our blower is a 2 stage blower.

We have 2 units and they are AWESOME! Use a truck and plow on a sidewalk? Yeah, that will work well. Kubota's are too wide for standard sidewalks. Ventrac is the only way to go!

There is about 30 attachments for this thing...i have the snowblower and a 60 inch mower. Looking at more as i have over 100 acres of land with a pond and woods at which over 5 acres i mow and 2, 500 ft driveways to blow plus a couple neighbors driveways. It also has the power to pull a pull behind mower. Less than a couple minutes to hook up each attachment, my wife can do it.

The Brush attachment is very fragile slightest little bump the belt comes off.Very terrible design they should have a better belt holster compartment to keep it on the flywheels.

Something seems wrong in your setup. If working properly, the broom attachment will have absolutely no issue dealing with bumps or imperfections in the surface. Please have your dealer look at this to determine if there is some adjustment needed or if there is misalignment in the system. It should definitely be performing better than this.

You do the work of this machine "like a man" and get back to us. They don't use the machine but you must do the work when they make the rounds to their clients. You get paid by the hour the same as their staff... I bet you wouldn't complete even 1 100th the work the machine does.
