Google earth footage is a plus. 🌺As a local, I totally agree with Bryce Izyah about Kelly Drive. I would lock up my bike behind the Art Museum where the paved trail is adjacent to The Waterworks and start walking west. Around this wide open spacious area, you'll find families having picnics. Roller Dancers entertaining. Bunnies bouncing. Kites flying. Sculptures. Great for long distance walks as it is well paved and level for the most part with plenty change of scenery and room for a long gaze. You can also pause and find great spots to chill out along the river banks.

This seems to be a very charming city, I hope I can visit sometime in the future when all this is over. Seeing and sharing places like this is why I love traveling and make videos so much!

Philly is the greatest city I've been to. I'm biased probably because I lived there 39 years. I've been to NYC, Baltimore. Washington DC, and San Francisco. I currently live in Atlanta (which I don't really care for, and plan to move back home within 5 years). Why are we the best (imo)? We got almost everything NYC has, but less crowded and more drivable. The people are mostly genuine and down to earth, for what we might lack in politeness or sweetness. We are an iconic city- rich in American history, Rocky/Creed location history, food, pop culture art, architecture, and buzz words and mannerisms like: yo, jawn, wid or widout, wooder (how we pronounce water), yous guys. We even have different pronunciations and tones of the word yo, depending on how you're using it. No, I'm not joking. We're not the greenest or prettiest city on the map- San Francisco and Atlanta are far prettier, but we've got character and substance which goes 10x further than frivolity any day of the week. Go to Philly! We're awesome 😊

Found this channel a few days ago researching Denver. I’m really blown away by the quality and style of your videos. I watch a lot of travel channels and really like the mixed approach that you all take. It’s criminal that this video does not have many views, but I am glad a lot of other videos do! Subscribed and will recommend to everyone. And oh yeah, I’ll be spending at least one day in philly in September and will utilize some of the recommendations here!

You missed manayunk, fishtown, northern liberty, SOUTH PHILLY AND THE ITALIAN MARKET, China town with Hopsin laundry. Catching an eagles game and Xfinity live. You named fancy too many fancy spots, grab a slice on south street or hit up Jim’s. King of Prussia mall?! Only the Biggest, yes biggest mall in America now!!! Missed out on some huge hot spots! But still a cool vid.

Having lived in Philly I got to agree with you on most of the choices. Cook and Solomonov's are definitely the top dogs in the dining scene and hard to beat. Similarly you've counted the best pizza joint, Beddia. Nearby in Fishtown there is also Pizza Brain, coolest thing about it is inside you got the world's first pizza museum!! Another standout is Angelo's Pizzeria also famous for their cheesesteaks but yea John's Roast Pork is the unanimous winner of this category A part of Philly that doesn't get much press is Little Saigon. Lots of people don't know Philadelphia boasts one of the largest Vietnamese populations on the east coast. It intentionally tried to set itself apart from the quintessential Chinatown since for most cities they just fold upon it but not in Philly!! That is to say there is a fantastic cluster of restaurants and bakeries with cheap eats mostly along Washington Ave and seem to take the form of outdoor shopping malls.

This is very high quality. As a Philly native I think you hit a good number of spots with your list. All the neighborhoods have their own vibe though so its always best to travel with a local. Also watching you pronounce some of the local names was killer. It's pronounced "skoo-kill" 😆 South Street Souvlaki = my favorite Also Jim's for cheese steaks And Rita's for water ice duh
