Great resort 👌. I was there from October 27 to November 1st of this year. Great atmosphere and great service all around. I highly recommend it to anyone who visiting Mexico for the first time. The French and Italian food were delicious 😋

I stay at Marina El Cid when Ventus were under construction , i agree with you they have good service and very good restaurants at the resort, thank you for ur video , if you stay in Marina El cid can you have dinner or pool at Ventus resort or other way?

Yes it was. I did a day pass though last December and it is really nice! I loved the rooftop pool at sunset - very intimate and the sunset views are gorgeous over the jungle. The food is really good (at least it was when I went). Enjoy your stay!

Hi Rachel, we are coming from Toronto next week, never been to Puerto Morelos, but been to other areas of the Mayan Riviera.. I read lots of bad google reviews about the beach, I get seaweed is a natural thing and it doesn't bother me, but some people really made it sound like you couldn't get in the water.. what is your opinion?

I sure am - I use it more as a business bag, so when I don't need my laptop or business stuff for shorter getaways, I substitute it for an actual beach bag.

I loved the Platinum perks, better room location. Platinum rooms are ocean view and ocean front. You have a dedicated butler to make your dinner reservations and for specific requests, aromatherapy in your room, etc… Platinum lounge with top shelf liquor. It really depends if you feel the extra $ justifies it for your preferences. Some don’t care for it, while others like the extra attention and perks. We were in building 27.
