It's definitely a bummer in some ways, but your bringing up the self-worth aspect blew my mind - I saw my own austerities and insistence on delayed gratifications in a new way that makes me want to re-think them. Kelly you are such a great astrologer. I appreciate your wisdom so much. You have such a great way of being comforting without being phony about alignments that can have tough expressions. I’m in a Venus time lord year right now and natally I have 5 planets in Libra anyway , but funny you should mention Kurt Cobain because about a week ago out of nowhere I started listening to Nirvana’s album Nevermind on repeat and I hadn’t listened to it since the 90s probably!

I have Venus square Saturn nataly and I have suffered any time I put pleasure before too much before responsibilities (especially chronic illness with Saturn in the 6th) In fact, a life motto and mantra that I coined is: "Err on the side of prudence and you will grow old and wise, Embrace haste for a moments passion and give birth to your own demise." Thanks Kelly for helping me see just how Venus/Saturn this is! With the square it is a constant tension but one that is finally coming into balance after great suffering and coming into my forties.

I wasn’t sure what this would show up as. Had some interesting conversations that had connection to the themes, then I randomly started singing “I Lost It” by Lucinda Williams which had some themes Saturn/Venus/Neptune themes and even tied in the Cancer themes. I’ll put some of the lyrics below. But then today I got the call and I’m storing things for my friend and her neighbor whose home burned down in the Palisades Fire. Just until they have a more permanent place to go. This conjunction is on natal sun in 3rd house which rules my 8th house of other people’s possessions! ❤ The Lucinda Williams lyrics- I couldn’t believe the line about being heavy enough!! I only knew the first 2 lines in this song when I was trying to sing it. For Lee Miller, it might be worth noting that she had quite serious alcoholism that, among other things, very negatively impacted her ability to be a good mother. Could be seen as another side of the Venus/Saturn conjunction in the 6th house.
